Taste it once, and you’ll be hooked! Discover this delicate triangular sheet made of thinly sliced almonds, roasted and caramelised in salted butter, then coated with carefully selected chocolate. Created in 2008 in our workshop near Angers, Caramandes® is handcrafted using traditional techniques and exceptional ingredients. Internationally awarded and cherished as far away as Japan, it embodies the full artisanal savoir-faire of Maison Benoit.
