Our boxes and ballotins contain the very best of our handmade chocolates, with their authentic, balanced flavours, including AFB, a dark chocolate ganache from Brazil with raspberry pulp that won a prize at the Salon du Chocolat, Caramandes® dark and milk pralines, the TSA, a dark Venezuela ganache with a visual tribute to one of the finest monuments in Anjou, and the old-fashioned praliné rocher, made with Piedmont hazelnuts crushed by our craftsmen in the laboratory at Les Ponts-de-Cé.
